Land Use Council 7 Envirothon
The Envirothon is a competition for high school students to test their knowledge in five science and environmental areas: Aquatics, Forestry, Soils, Wildlife, and a special fifth category that is selected by Illinois Envirothon each year.

LUC7 represents Champaign, Clark, Coles, Douglas, Edgar, and Vermilion Counties.
Each team is made up of 5 students. All participants receive a t-shirt and the winning team will advance to the state Envirothon at Allerton Park in Monticello, IL. There are two divisions for the Envirothon: school and FFA.
The next LUC7 Envirothon is scheduled for March 12, 2025.
